Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with guidance from senior agents
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our database
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements

Available Shifts and Compensation
