Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with guidance from senior agents
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our database
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or chat support
  • Excellent communication, typing, and problem-solving skills

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week, and compensation ranges from $21.00 to $47.00 per hour.
