Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced English Customer Service Email & Chat Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to email and chat requests, answering phone calls, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to email and chat requests within 5 minutes, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries

• Answer occasional phone calls to accept orders or answer customer questions
• Utilize Gmail and our user-friendly company admin portal to navigate and resolve customer issues
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all customers, taking ownership of individual customer issues
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the dietary supplement industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar and spelling
• Proficiency with Gmail and ability to navigate our user-friendly company admin portal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant attention to detail
