Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their policies and benefits
  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns, and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the life and health insurance industry, with knowledge of policy products and benefits

  • Certification in a related field (e.g. insurance, customer service)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
