Remote Licensed Insurance Producer | Personal Lines + Life

In under four months, the agency reached All-American status while building a modern producer model that combines captive insurance economics, digital lead generation, CRM automation, and AI-enabled pre-qualification. We serve clients across personal lines, life, and small business insurance while building a high-performance, multi-state producer team. ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time remote position for an experienced Licensed Insurance Producer focused on new business production across personal lines and life insurance. You will work inside an operating remote-first producer model with active lead flow, CRM workflows, and AI-assisted pre-qualification already in place. The role is designed for a producer who can sell, manage a pipeline, build relationships, and work independently without heavy oversight. You will be expected to quote, close, follow up, and contribute to agency growth at a high level. We are hiring one experienced licensed insurance producer to join a remote-first American Family Insurance agency. This is not a trainee role. You must already be licensed and have real production experience selling personal lines, life, or both. If you can sell, work independently, and want to plug into an operating digital lead pipeline, this role is designed for you. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active P&C license required
- Life license preferred; both is ideal
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or production experience
- Proven ability to sell and manage a pipeline
- Able to work independently in a remote-first environment
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
- 1–3 years producing at a captive or independent agency
- Experience selling personal lines and life
- Comfortable working with leads, follow-up, and closing activity
- Motivated by production, autonomy, and long-term opportunity
