Nourish Family Nutrition & Therapy is a private practice of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and psychotherapists specializing in 1-on-1 nutrition counseling. We’re intentionally not a large telehealth company—we’re a close-knit team that values good clinical work, supportive relationships, and a sustainable pace. Our dietitians aren’t treated like metrics or ratings. We don’t penalize for no-shows, and we don’t reduce care to performance scores. Instead, we focus on supporting our team so they can do their best work with clients. We have a very responsive, detail-oriented admin team that manages scheduling, billing, marketing, and insurance credentialing, and is quick to support both clinicians and clients. Combined with a simple, intuitive EHR, this means you can focus on your clients—not the logistics. You are a motivated RDN seeking a full time nutrition counseling position in a private practice setting. You work well both independently and as part of a small team. You are creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about your chosen profession. You want to be able to help define and expand your role and responsibilities within the scope of our mission of providing personalized, specialized nutrition counseling for focused results. You must be flexible, responsible and organized, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills that will enable you to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• *This position requires clinical experience AND a strong desire to be trained in treating gastrointestinal disease in this population. We have a dedicated GI team and we are seeking a GI RD who is seeking a great opportunity to specialize in this niche role.**Please do not apply for this position if you have no interest in training and treating gastrointestinal disease.**
