Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites, installing and converting our software, and providing comprehensive training to key dealership personnel. This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills, as you will be interacting with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system accordingly. When not on the road, you will support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel to customer sites, approximately 80% of the time, with overnight hotel stays, to install and convert our software

• Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system accordingly
• Provide comprehensive training to key dealership personnel on how to use our software solution
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office
• Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless implementation and support of our software solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealership management, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

* Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) 80% of the time

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Training and Development

arenaflex is committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our training program lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes:

• Department observations to familiarize you with our software and operations
• Classroom instruction on product training and automotive dealership operations
• On-the-job training with a mentor to guide you through the implementation process
• Opportunity to see arenaflex's solutions 'in action' by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our solutions on a daily basis

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
