Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer assistance by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers through various channels
• Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations while adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures
• Utilizing relevant software and systems to navigate customer information, flight details, and resolve technical issues
