Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company database system. You'll also perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of our information, manage and organize electronic files and documents, and collaborate with team members to streamline data processes.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in data entry or related field (1-2 years)
  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of data management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, computer science)

  • Experience with data management software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
  • Certification in data entry or related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
