Job Description
As a Customer Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to our team of experts and working closely with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
