Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Providing a high standard and level of customer service and product knowledge
  • Assisting customers in placing their bookings
  • Reporting any customer issues to the Customer Support Manager or Supervisor
  • Keeping meticulous records of customer communications and conversations
  • Completing admin tasks related to customer support and bookings
