Occupational Therapist (OT) – Telehealth & In-Person | Flexible Schedule

Tired of spending more time on paperwork than with patients? At Elera Health, you focus entirely on delivering great occupational therapy care. We handle everything else — credentialing, billing, compliance, patient pipeline, and more. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule and caseload while Elera's full back-office team manages all administrative work behind the scenes. What Elera takes care of: - Insurance credentialing with national and local payers - Patient referral pipeline — no cold outreach or marketing required - Billing, claims, and all insurance follow-up - Compliance and regulatory requirements - Website setup and online presence management - Ongoing clinical mentorship and peer community What you'll do: - Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients via telehealth and/or in-person - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with families on home exercise and ADL programs - Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements: - Valid Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) - Current NBCOT certification - Licensed or eligible for licensure in your target state(s) Preferred: - Experience in pediatrics, sensory processing, or ADLs - Telehealth or private practice experience About Elera Health: Elera Health is a therapist-built company that gives OTs, PTs, and SLPs complete administrative support so they can focus entirely on patient care.
