RN - Quality Improvement Specialist PRN
Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Quality Improvement Specialist PRN. Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care. This PRN Nurse must reside in close proximity Sarasota, FL (2 hours) - remote. Schedule: PRN; must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week (business hours) Location: remote - required to reside within 2 hours of Sarasota, FL We You'll need:
- Education and/or Experience: Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with minimum of associate degree in related field, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3+ years of home health experience (required)
- OASIS knowledge required (certification not required)
- Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements
- CPHQ preferred or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
