The Role We are looking for a talented and innovative Back-end Programmer to join our software development team. In this role, you will be key in designing and developing cutting-edge features for our Syntes AI platform. Your work will involve creating complex algorithms, database schemas, machine learning features, and data science tools to tackle real-world problems and advance our software offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy scalable and reliable algorithms, software code, and database queries for the Syntes AI platform and client projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets company standards and industry best practices. Design and implement database schemas and code for graph, vector, and relational databases. Maintain comprehensive software documentation in English to ensure code quality and maintainability. Engage in all stages of the software lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and maintenance. Create and conduct unit tests to validate code and perform regular code reviews. Share knowledge with the team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to strategic product planning. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Stay updated with advancements in software development and continuously enhance your skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. Proficiency in object-oriented programming and code design patterns. Solid understanding of mathematical and data processing techniques. Programming expertise: Proficiency in object-oriented languages (e.g., C++, Golang, etc). Practical experience with Golang programming language Practical experience with SQL and graph databases. Experience with unit testing and code optimization. Knowledge of design patterns and principles of object-oriented programming. Experience in writing automated tests: unit tests and functional tests. Experience with using GIT code version control systems. Experience in developing transactions-based process integrations with accounting, financial, ERP and other applications. Knowledge in implementing data security features. Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and updating technical documentation. Preferred Skills Solid knowledge of Golang programming language Solid knowledge of Cypher graph database query language Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies. Background in developing data-intensive, high-load and enterprise software applications. Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence Experience with GIT and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/GitLab tools and DevOps practices. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Why Join Us?
