Note: Client Rate: $5hr (for Foreign candidates, if with legal background or experience we can do $7/hr-$8hr) and Php 30k for typical VA, if w/ legal background or experience Php 45k (for Filipino candidates) Position: Law Firm Virtual Receptionist (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Role Overview Our growing law firm is seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. This role is essential in delivering an excellent client experience, particularly when assisting individuals in potentially stressful or sensitive legal situations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and confident in handling client communications, scheduling, and intake processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule consultations and manage the firm's calendar efficiently
  • Conduct new client intake calls and gather essential information
  • Respond promptly to emails and client inquiries
  • Send intake forms and follow up with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
  • Background in client intake or receptionist roles
  • Familiarity with legal case management systems (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
  • Experience scheduling consultations and managing calendars

  • Computer with headset and webcam
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
  • Zoom

  • CRM or legal case management software
