• Provide personalized coaching sessions focused on social media marketing strategies, including content creation, branding, and audience engagement.
• Educate clients on the latest trends and best practices in social listening, analytics, and platform algorithms to maximize reach.
• Assist clients with developing effective advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms using tools like Facebook Ads Manager.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.
• Skilled in SEO techniques, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices to improve online presence.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising for targeted ad campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using social media management applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content that aligns with branding standards.
• Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and how social media can drive online sales.
• Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients and foster long-term partnerships.

We build high-converting dropshipping websites and work directly with clients to help them launch and scale their online businesses. We are looking for a high-level Social Media Marketing Coach who can confidently lead clients through strategy, execution, and growth across social platforms. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands social media marketing at a strategic level, can communicate clearly, and can drive real results for clients. This role also has strong upward potential, with the opportunity to help build and lead our Social Media Department as the company continues to grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For: -Leading client coaching calls and providing clear, actionable marketing strategies -Guiding clients through setup and optimization of: -Facebook Business Pages & Meta Business Suite -Instagram business accounts -Pinterest accounts -Coaching clients on content strategy, brand positioning, and audience growth -Teaching clients how to launch and manage Facebook paid ad campaigns effectively -Identifying opportunities to improve client performance and holding clients accountable to execution -Documenting all client progress and communication with precision in internal systems -Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience What We’re Looking For: -Proven experience with Facebook/Meta advertising (you understand what actually converts, not just how to set it up) -Strong working knowledge of Instagram and Pinterest for business growth -Ability to confidently lead calls and communicate with authority -Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through -Self-motivated and performance-driven — you don’t need to be micromanaged -Ability to manage multiple clients without sacrificing quality -Calm, patient, and professional when working with clients of varying technical skill levels Compensation & Structure: 1099 contractor position (hourly pay, no overtime structure) Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit Fully remote (work-from-home) Company-provided laptop if needed Additional Perks: Paid major holidays Christmas bonus Holiday team events/parties Growth Opportunity: This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a job.
