Role Description We are hiring a Web3 Hedge Fund and Strategy Analyst (Remote – United States) to support investment research, market analysis, and strategy development across digital asset markets. This role focuses on analyzing cryptocurrency markets, evaluating hedge fund style strategies, and identifying opportunities across Web3 ecosystems. The analyst will contribute to portfolio insights, trading strategy evaluation, and research across DeFi, infrastructure, and digital asset markets. The role is ideal for someone who understands crypto markets and is interested in applying hedge fund style thinking to digital asset investing and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, price movements, and liquidity conditions
- Evaluate and support hedge fund style trading and investment strategies
- Identify opportunities across DeFi, infrastructure, and Web3 ecosystems
- Monitor macro trends and developments across digital asset markets
- Analyze portfolio performance and contribute to strategy optimization
- Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, and risk exposure
- Produce research and insights to support investment decisions
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems
- Experience analyzing digital assets, trading strategies, or portfolio performance
- Understanding of hedge fund strategies, risk management, and market dynamics
- Ability to interpret financial data and identify investment opportunities
- Familiarity with trading platforms, analytics tools, or blockchain data platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Active interest in Web3, crypto markets, and digital asset investing

Compensation
Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 USD per year depending on experience and analytical background Performance based incentives may also be offered. Hiring Process Candidates who meet the requirements will typically go through an initial screening conversation followed by one or two interviews focused on market knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of digital asset investment strategies.
