## Responsibilities Early-Stage Project Identification: Scout for early-stage crypto and Web3 projects that exhibit potential for 100x ROI, focusing on those not yet in the mainstream spotlight. In-depth Analysis and Hypothesis Development: Conduct comprehensive analyses to form and present non-consensus hypotheses about the potential of selected projects, focusing on market demand, innovation, scalability, adoption potential, and team execution capabilities. Investment Memo Preparation: Compile detailed investment memos that articulate your hypothesis, supporting analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessment strategies in a concise and compelling format. Pitch Presentation: Develop and present persuasive pitches to the investment committee, highlighting your unique insights and defending your investment thesis against critical evaluation. Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the crypto and blockchain landscape to inform investment decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team to refine investment strategies and contribute to the firm's overall investment portfolio performance. ## Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and project evaluation. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to gather and interpret data. Knowledge of Crypto and Blockchain: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and emerging Web3 innovations. Familiarity with technical and market factors affecting project scalability and adoption. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment theses clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in creating high-quality investment memos and presentations. Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for developing contrarian viewpoints and uncovering untapped investment opportunities. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
