Requirements:
- Proven Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
- Proven Experience with Checking eligibilities and benefits.
- Proven Experience with Updating patient information on charts in EMR.
- Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-pays and updating medical charts.
- Experience with : Handling phone calls
- Experience with : Scheduling appointments.
- Experience with : Reschedule appointments
- Experience with : Answering queries
- Experience with : Fax / Emails
- Experience with : Ring Central
- Experience with : Home Care Nursing specialty
- Must be fluent in English
