This role offers exposure to complex, high-impact matters, including consumer claims, individual actions in State and Federal Court, and class action defense. You'll work closely with premier in-house legal teams while enjoying meaningful client interaction and the ability to build your practice. With a manageable 1800 billable hour target, approximately one trial per year, and multiple arbitrations, you'll gain hands-on experience without burnout. The team consists of 7 attorneys and a paralegal, all highly experienced and fully accustomed to a remote work environment. ‼️ What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of complex business litigation experience
- Strong background in motions, discovery, and deposition exposure
- Experience taking or defending depositions is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
- Active California Bar admission (in good standing)
