Senior Full Stack .NET / Angular Developer (Healthcare / FHIR) Remote Role Summary Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and own end-to-end workflows or features in healthcare applications using .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server. Must deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices. Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, and Azure cloud services is required.---
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver end-to-end workflows/features: design development testing deployment support Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory) Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault Follow secure coding practices; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault Use Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management Write unit & integration tests: xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability

- Required Experience
Senior Full Stack development with end-to-end workflow/feature ownership EMR/EHR integration experience Strong knowledge of FHIR standards, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
