Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, provide technical support, and maintain our equipment to ensure it's always in top working condition. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasional holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative in all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and share knowledge and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasional holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Certification in customer service or technical repair
