We're currently seeking motivated Customer Service Professionals to join our Fredericksburg, Virginia office. What You'll Do As A Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering the personalized service that sets us apart from our competitors. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • First Contact Resolution: Serve as the initial point of contact for policyholders, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Billing inquiries: Answer questions about premiums, payment options, billing cycles, and account balances while ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
  • Policy Modifications: Process changes to existing policies, including address updates, vehicle additions or removals, coverage adjustments, and deductible modifications.
  • Product Recommendations: Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for coverage options that best protect their assets and meet their budgetary requirements.
  • Customer Education: Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, understandable terms, helping customers make informed decisions about their coverage.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and follow through to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our computer systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Retention Excellence: Build strong relationships with policyholders that encourage long-term loyalty and satisfaction with arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
  • Proven experience providing outstanding customer service through expertise, trust-building, and genuine satisfaction with every interaction
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and convey information clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changes in processes, technology, and industry regulations

  • Solid computer skills including proficiency in multiple applications and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential weekend or holiday coverage as needed

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $21.34 per hour
  • Annual Salary: Approximately $43,000.10 annually
