Job Description
As a part-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. Your primary goal will be to resolve client issues efficiently, proactively identify solutions, and build long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and online platforms
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify solutions to client problems and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Capabilities:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience working with computers and online devices
- Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills
- Designed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions
- Capacity to change your schedule frequently (at least every 2 weeks) with a 14-day advance notice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
Preferred Capabilities:
* 1+ years of experience in telephone or email customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting efficiency and quality standards
- Proven ability to work as a team member
