Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage data entry for financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and errors
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong background in data entry and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with accounting software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
