Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services

- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in a related field, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
