The Role

As a Customer Service Representative in our Work From Home program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the support and guidance they need to navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to customers to help them better understand their coverage and options
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g. Med Assistant) a plus
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
