Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Casino Dealers. As a Game Presenter, presentation and personality are key as you'll be presenting casino games live on-camera! No prior dealing experience is required. You'll spend the first two weeks of your employment in our arenaflex Academy, where you'll be taught how to lead a game of Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, as well as how to present games in front of the camera. As an Online Casino Dealer, you'll be spending most of your working day live on camera; hosting casino games and interacting with players who are live-streaming the games to their devices. You'll be working rotating shifts with regular breaks. The studio is a 24/7 operation, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Host casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and providing an engaging and rewarding experience
- Present games in front of the camera, using your natural ability to follow work rules and provide excellent customer service
- Work rotating shifts with regular breaks, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for players
Essential Qualifications:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a live game hosting or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of casino games and rules
