Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity, 20-25 Hours per Week

Our Customer Contact Center is a hub of activity, with dedicated teams handling inbound and outbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

The Successful Customer Service Representative will:

* Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information

  • Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities
  • Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries
  • Influence customers to recognize the value in remaining or becoming an arenaflex customer and offer solutions that meet their current needs
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
  • Handle customer information responsibly and ensure customer privacy as per FCC regulations

Requirements:

* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Must pass a pre-employment skill set assessment
  • High School/GED or better
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service-based, remodeling, or construction industry sales role
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, including direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
