Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Michigan, working remotely in a full-time capacity. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. With our comprehensive training program and supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, advancing to higher levels of compensation and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Training and Development

Our accredited CSR training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You'll receive comprehensive training on:

  • arenaflex's products and services
  • Customer service principles and best practices
  • Communication and conflict resolution techniques
  • Time management and productivity strategies
  • Ongoing support and coaching from experienced trainers and mentors

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; background and drug screen required

  • Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred); call center experience (1 year preferred)
