Job Summary

As a Certified Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting pharmacists with patient care and front-end operations, including data entry and medication management
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication information

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists with patient care and front-end operations, including data entry and medication management

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication information
• Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and efficient patient care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices
• Perform administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions and handling customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for patient care and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)

• Current certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night and weekend hours
• Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience working in a retail or healthcare environment

• Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy chain
• Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
• Experience with store stock control and inventory management
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
