Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our network infrastructure and internal workstations with specialized technical assistance. You'll be responsible for introducing, arranging, and investigating workstations, servers, and organization issues, as well as maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record framework security. You'll also provide technical assistance to PC framework clients and answer questions or resolve PC issues face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting data accurately and efficiently into designated databases
- Verifying data accuracy and identifying errors for correction
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Providing technical assistance to PC framework clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote location
- Assisting with the utilization of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project systems (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working systems
Desired Candidate Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing and numeric key entry skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
