Job Summary

As a Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Manage and lead a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business growth
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data management tools, such as SQL or NoSQL databases
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools, such as machine learning or deep learning
• Experience with data governance and compliance, including HIPAA and HITECH regulations
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
• Experience with data management tools, such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
• Experience with programming languages, such as Java or C++
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with project management tools, such as Agile or Scrum
• Experience with data storytelling and communication, including creating compelling narratives and presentations
