Responsibilities

As a data entry associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintaining and updating databases with current information related to Disney products, services, and other relevant data points, helping us stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing entertainment industry.
• Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, adhering to established quality standards and ensuring that our data is always reliable and trustworthy.
• Collaborating with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively, working together to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Assisting in organizing and categorizing data to facilitate easy access and retrieval, making it easier for our team to find the information they need to succeed.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding the trust that our fans and customers place in us.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns related to data entry tasks, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification, with additional education or training in data entry or a related field a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications, including Google Suite or other cloud-based tools.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to meet or exceed our typing standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time wisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Disney products, services, and brand values is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!

• A reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop, with the ability to meet our minimum system requirements.
