Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the equipment you need to succeed. All you'll need is a high-speed internet connection and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
• Be willing to submit to a background investigation (any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation)
• Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
• Following up on missing information to process claims
• Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
• Compiling reports from systems with claims information
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or data entry
• Knowledge of claims management systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
