Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Officer, you'll need:
