Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver results. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Schedule appointments for home repair companies
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

* Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin

• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with a PC, dual monitors, USB headset, and consistent reliable high-speed internet access
