Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute solutions for business issues using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods

• Continuously develop and exhibit improved analysis strategies
• Possess strong skills and be comfortable with possessing data and working from idea through to execution
• Identify a business issue and the available data and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to respond to a business question
• This position is subject to local conditions and requirements. Expat assignments and sponsorship for business visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be granted. This position is for arenaflex Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a fully owned subsidiary of arenaflex Inc.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• At least 2+ years of experience in data science/AI
• Demonstrated comfort and scholarly interest in working with extremely large sets of data, and proficiency in predictive modeling
• Strong knowledge of either R or Python
• Familiarity with controlling and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships
• Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI procedures like linear regression, random forests, GBM, Neural Nets, SVM, etc.
• Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or potentially Microsoft TSQL
• Hands-on experience in using Large Data environments (Hadoop/Spark), API Gateways, and non-structured data will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Around 4 months of travel to the US in a year
• Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
• Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position
• Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA

• Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in working with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
