Experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent – Financial Planning and Recruitment

What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and drive business growth
• Scheduling appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure maximum flexibility
• Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining necessary licenses such as Life and Series 6 (with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
• Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the team
• Developing new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and mentorship
