Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including but not limited to: + Entering customer information into our database + Updating customer records as necessary + Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
