Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-time Data Entry Specialist to work remotely for a 3-4 month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, maintaining client records, and ensuring the integrity of payroll information. Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee data, in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Update client and company-level information, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes, to maintain accurate account information.
  • Load required client employee payroll information or personal employee information into databases to enable clients to process their payroll.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive client information.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 1 year of Data Entry experience.
  • Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
