Job Description As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of transaction types, including: * Managing a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. * Handling tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiaries, and managing settlement options. * Reviewing referrals and ensuring all data is in good order for processing, occasionally requiring outreach to other departments for escalated cases. * Assisting with premium management, including processing changes, suspending premiums, and managing tax withholdings. * Utilizing Salesforce for transactions and ensuring all work is pulled from the platform. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Professional Demeanor: Demonstrate patience, composure, and a client service attitude. * Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze problems and make informed decisions. * Salesforce and Life Insurance Experience: Advantageous, but not required. * Ability to Follow Processes and Identify Areas for Improvement: Ability to follow established processes and identify areas for improvement. * Initiative: Display a self-starting behavior and willingness to assist others. * Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively both written and verbal, tailoring communications to the audience. * Patience: Navigate a large corporate environment without constant support. * Multi-tasking: Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. * Ambition to Succeed and Strong People Skills: Ability to work effectively with others and achieve goals. * Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. * Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other basic computer applications. * Basic Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as internet connectivity issues.
