Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offer additional products and services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
- Proficiency in multitasking and rapid switching between tasks
- Desire to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and Internet
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
