Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
- Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications with ease and confidence.
- Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, utilizing your technical savvy and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
- Building strong relationships with applicants, empathizing with their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs, providing expert knowledge and support to applicants.
- Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with the team to share best practices, ideas, and feedback, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse applicants.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more additional languages (e.g., Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish).
- Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
