Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our customers' information is up-to-date and secure. You'll work closely with our team to resolve any data entry issues that may arise and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that our customers' information is up-to-date and secure
- Resolve data entry issues that may arise and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Work closely with our team to ensure that data entry processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our systems and processes
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Essential Qualifications
* 4-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting principles
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in data entry or a related field
