Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and collecting information from disparate data systems across our US and global businesses to aid in risk management and compliance objectives
• Designing dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders scope risk and assess the maturity of associated controls
• Constructing custom reviews and reports as needed to support business decisions
• Applying analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk
• Drawing insights and correlations from data and communicating findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders
• Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis
• Soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous development of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk assessment processes

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku
• Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters
• Ability to generate impactful visualizations and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in coding using R or Python
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things
