Your Role at arenaflex

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
• Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• A clean and quiet workspace
