Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues
- Advise First-Level Representatives: Provide guidance and support to first-level representatives on complex issues
- Assist Policy Holders: Support policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes
- Support Policy Holder Needs: Provide recommendations and adjustments as necessary to meet policy holder needs
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Age: Be at least 18 years old
- Typing Speed: Type 25 words per minute
- Education: High School Graduate or GED
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts

To work from home, you'll need:
