Procurement and Supply Chain Manager (Remote)

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their organization in a fully remote capacity. This position is critical for optimizing the company's purchasing processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating favorable terms with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of global sourcing, logistics, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include leading the procurement team, overseeing the entire procure-to-pay process, and managing contracts with key suppliers. You will analyze market trends, assess supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks. Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers is essential. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans. Collaboration with internal departments such as operations, finance, and product development to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services will be crucial.
