- Work with Fitness Director to develop and realize your quarterly business plan
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multi operational support of new client prospecting, sales, service desk as well as fitness business needs
- Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, in working order and well maintained
- Provide Safe Start & Healthy Start appointments
- Ability to advance through multiple Tier levels
- Aptitude for professional development participating in Healthtrax University personal training workshops and your company subscription for online courses/CEU?s/discounts for Certification renewals to enhance your credentials

- Maintains certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, required. Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, preferred. Competencies in service, sales and digital marketing give you a competitive advantage.
