Job Description:

Deliver high-quality programs and services for assigned clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships with client project managers and senior sponsors.
Coordinate and onboard new projects, involving relevant team members (e.g., Senior Learning Managers, faculty, facilitators) to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project risks and scope, proactively addressing issues before they arise.
Identify business development opportunities and refer them to the Relationship Manager.
Implement solutions that align with client needs, leveraging leadership development expertise.
Engage thought leaders and facilitators to deliver program design and content.
Discuss instructional design and learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in client-facing project management in an educational environment or professional services firm.
Strong planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects and schedules.
Proven project management expertise with the ability to monitor progress and adapt to change.
Customer-focused decision-making to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Clear communication and status updates to keep teams informed and projects on track.
Ability to interpret project data and recommend improvements for success.
Domain knowledge relevant to leadership development and client engagement.
Proficiency required with MS office products such as MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience with collaborative technologies such as WebEx and MS Teams.
Strong business acumen skills.
